30-Day Hassle-Free Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, return it to us within 30 days, no questions asked.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed and in original condition.
Excludes personalized or customized items, printed literature, and items that have been used, worn, or washed.
1. Cut out the label on your packing slip and affix to the outside of your package.
2. Choose a return reason on the remainder of your packing slip.
3. Include the packing slip with the items you are returning in your package.
4. Ship using the company of your choice to:

5. Within 10 days of receipt of your return our staff will issue a credit for the products.

Returning a gift
If you are returning a gift, you must send the item(s) with the order number or packing slip in order to facilitate the return. We will also need your name, email address, and phone number to contact you.
Returning a defective item
If you have received a defective product, please contact Customer Service for instructions. Email customerservice@advanced-online.com or call 877-471-5410.
Return Policy
- We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order directly on the web site and return the original product.
- Current stock items without personalization or customization may be returned to Advanced-Online within 30 days provided the items have not been used or washed.
- Defective products may be returned regardless of personalization, customization, use or washing.
- Personalized or customized items may not be returned unless they are defective.
- Freight will be credited to your account for defective products only. Return shipping label cost will be deducted from your refund or merchandise credit.
- All returned items will be inspected by our staff and a credit issued within 10 days of receipt of the items. If an item is deemed non-returnable we will make contact directly with you.
- Printed literature is not eligible to return unless it was received damaged.
